The BLEACHER Caddy is made entirely from 3D printed parts.
Glue is required for assembly.
The exact glue that I personally use and recommend will be provided with your digital files so you know what works well for assembling the caddy.
Please make sure all pieces are properly aligned and securely glued before using the finished product.
PLEASE PRINT THIS FILE USING PETG. DO NOT USE PLA.
For the best results, please use the print settings already included in the 3MF file.
These settings have been tested multiple times and are the settings I recommend for this design.
Please do not randomly change the provided settings unless you understand how those changes may affect the strength and functionality of the finished Bench Caddy.
Because this is a functional item, proper strength is important.
You may uniformly resize the file if needed. However, resizing can affect the fit and functionality of the individual pieces.
IMPORTANT: If you resize the Bench Caddy, you must resize all corresponding pieces equally so they continue to fit together properly.

You must have access to a 3D printer and have basic knowledge of your printer and slicing software to use these files.

Depending on the slicer or software you are using, you may see a NON MANIFOLD EDGES warning when importing or slicing the file.
THIS FILE HAS BEEN TEST PRINTED SUCCESSFULLY MULTIPLE TIMES.
A non manifold warning does not automatically mean the file cannot be printed. Some slicers may flag overlapping or intersecting geometry within a design even when the model slices and prints correctly.
If your slicer provides an option to repair the STL, you may choose to use the repair feature before printing but I am not responsible for the outcome.
Im also aware of the open edges warning. I printed it multiple times with no problems. Please always review your sliced preview before beginning your print. If the model slices correctly and all parts appear properly in the preview, the warning alone does not necessarily indicate that the file will fail.
I do not provide support for 3D printer setup, slicer configurations, machine troubleshooting, filament issues, calibration, or individual print failures.
Every printer is different. Print quality and final results may vary depending on your printer, nozzle size, filament, calibration, environment, and other factors.
The recommended settings included in the 3MF file have been tested multiple times, so I strongly recommend using the provided settings and PETG filament for this project.
Please make sure you understand how to properly download, slice, print, and assemble a 3D file before purchasing.

LOCAL PICK UPPick up orders is available for local customers. Orders are ready 2-3 days before your specified "need by" date.
Our pick up location is in O'Fallon MO The full address and instructions for pick up are outlined in the Pick Up notification email.
Local delivery is available this grad season. The fee is $10 paid prior to delivery. Delivery will happed 2-3 days prior to your need by date.
Grad Orders: Processed by your need by/graduation date. Our team recommends ordering 4 weeks prior to your graduation date.
Party Favors: Processed by your need by date. Our team recommends ordering 7-14 days weeks prior to your party.
EXCLUDES WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
After you have provided us with all the necessary information, we will begin the design process. You will have the opportunity to review and request revisions twice. It is important to note that any additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur a fee of $15 per revision. We ask that you carefully proofread for any spelling or grammatical errors.
