A digital proof will be sent to your email within 3–7 business days for your review. Engraving will begin only after final approval is received. Please ensure all names, dates, and details are correct, as we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting your cemetery to verify all monument guidelines. Many locations have specific rules regarding size, material, and engraving styles, and some may require approval forms to be completed by the customer. Please note, we do not handle cemetery communication or paperwork.

LOCAL PICK UPPick up orders is available for local customers. Orders are ready 2-3 days before your specified "need by" date.

Local delivery is available this grad season. The fee is $10 paid prior to delivery. Delivery will happed 2-3 days prior to your need by date.
Grad Orders: Processed by your need by/graduation date. Our team recommends ordering 4 weeks prior to your graduation date.
Party Favors: Processed by your need by date. Our team recommends ordering 7-14 days weeks prior to your party.
EXCLUDES WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
After you have provided us with all the necessary information, we will begin the design process. You will have the opportunity to review and request revisions twice. It is important to note that any additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur a fee of $15 per revision. We ask that you carefully proofread for any spelling or grammatical errors.
